- make sure that you do have good internet connection
- make sure that you attachment are free on virus
- click on attach ....>> browse the file to be attach
- for a file less that 25 mb, select Attach as copy,
- for a file more that 25 mb and send to the one who use office 360 service click Upload and Attach as OneDive file
